Delivery, Shipping & Returns
Delivery
A lot of my jewellery pieces are handmade to order so please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your piece to be made and shipped.
If you purchase something from the Ready to Ship page, this will drop the lead time to 3-5 days.
All orders will be processed using Royal Mail first class, unless another service is selected at check-out.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
I currently only ship within the UK.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact me via email as soon as possible. I can usually amend or cancel orders if they haven’t been started yet, but due to the nature of my handmade pieces this cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of each piece, I do not offer returns or exchanges on change of mind purchases and incorrect sizes. Please double check your ring size before ordering, you can get more information about Ring Sizing here.
If you are looking to return items bought from the Ready to Ship page, I'm happy to accommodate this. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery to initiate the process, & ensure that the items are mailed back to me within 30 days of delivery.
For returns, buyers are responsible for covering the postage costs. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please include your full name, address, phone number and order number.
Faults
If you believe your jewellery has a fault, please get in touch via the contact form or email hello@broganmoorejewellery.com.
Please note that manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear, incorrect sizing selected at checkout, gemstone damage caused by accidents or wear, or damage resulting from improper care.
